Title: TESS Insights Into The Multiplicity Of High Amplitude Delta Scuti And Classical Cepheid Variables

Summary: Classical Cepheids and High-Amplitude Delta Scuti stars provide key insights into stellar evolution. As intermediaries between main-sequence and evolved stars, they are crucial for understanding stellar structure and binary interactions. This study examines 1,105 Galactic Cepheids and 66 HADS with TESS magnitudes between 2 and 18.5. TESS Cycle 8 data will enable pulsation timing analysis to detect companions and determine orbital properties of the targets. By comparing their multiplicity fraction to B-type stars, we aim to explore evolutionary links. This work will refine our understanding of binary formation, stellar evolution, and the role of pulsating stars in shaping the Milky Way.
