There exists one _RAW_RATE column for each filter. They are populated by the unweighted mean raw count-rate of matched sources in units of counts/sec. These columns are required by the task ommergelists. Consequently, the FILTER_RAW_RATE columns will only be created in the output table if the input sources have been detected from mosaiced sky-images.
