XRISM Resolve CalDB 12 (250915) Release Notes

If you plan to install or re-install any Hitomi instrument CalDB, you must do the Hitomi installations
first before installing any XRISM CalDB files. If you update Hitomi calibration data at any time
in the future, you must re-install the CalDB for at least one of the XRISM instruments. This is 
because both the Hitomi and XRISM CalDB installations over-write files in any pre-existing 
data/gen/ directory.

The Resolve CalDB populates the following directories:

data/gen/
data/xrism/gen/
data/xrism/resolve/

The XRISM Resolve CalDB 12 release consists of the following updates compared to XRISM CalDB 11:

New keywords in the "instmap" and "teldef" files related to adjustment of the positioning of raytracing 
simulations relative to the optical axis. The updated CalDB files are:

xa_rsl_instmap_20190101v004.fits
xa_rsl_teldef_20190101v004.fits
