XRISM Xtend CalDB 12 (250915) Release Notes

File: goodfiles_xrism_xtend_250915.tar.gz

If you plan to install or re-install any Hitomi instrument CalDB, you must do the Hitomi installations
first before installing any XRISM CalDB files. If you update Hitomi calibration data at any time
in the future, you must re-install the CalDB for at least one of the XRISM instruments. This is 
because both the Hitomi and XRISM CalDB installations over-write files in any pre-existing 
data/gen/ directory.

The Xtend CalDB populates the following directories:

data/gen/
data/xrism/gen/
data/xrism/xtend/

The XRISM CalDB 12 release consists of the following updates compared to XRISM CalDB 11:

1. Xtend gain-related updates based on inflight calibration. The updated CalDB files are:

xa_xtd_chtrail_20190101v004.fits
xa_xtd_cti_20190101v003.fits
xa_xtd_gain_20190101v004.fits

2. Xtend RMF parameters update based on inflight calibration. The updated CalDB file is:

xa_xtd_rmfparam_20190101v008.fits
