New and Improved ASM Web Pages!

June 26, 2000

The ASM Team at MIT has been hard at work improving their Web Pages. All MIT ASM pages can now be found at the new domain name xte.mit.edu , instead of the old space.mit.edu/XTE/.

Searching for a Web-driven, easy-to-use interface to the ASM Light Curves? Check out the Light Curve Extractor , which allows you to search on alternative source names or coordinates, and creates either dwell-by-dwell or 1-day average ascii light curves.

Growing tired of sharing your morning coffee with the daily download of the ASM light curve of your favorite X-ray source? Get on Ron Remillard's list! At the Reports Page you'll find a form where you can request to be added to (or subtracted from) a daily or weekly update on the behavior of any ASM source of interest.

Of course, you'll still be able to access the ASM FITS data products, the RXTE ASM X-ray Weather Map, and ASM data analysis recipes on our ASM Data Products Page.

Now it's easier than ever to get your fix of the dynamic and changing high energy sky! Watch out! Before you know it you'll be hooked on the ASM.
