The RXTE Guest Observer Program Cycle 6 Announcement has been released. Proposals are due August 4, 2000. Cycle 6 covers 12 months of observing time, with observations expected to begin on or around March 1, 2001. The most significant changes from Cycle 5 are a decrease in the required number of hardcopies of each proposal (now 15) and amendments to Appendix C sec. 1.4.
