Just in time for 2001, a new master file of ASM light curves has been delivered to the GOF by the ASM Team. All sources benefit from the improved calibration, and many of the brightest sources in the galactic center have much more data thanks to the new "prime" processing algorithm. Gaps in some of the ASM color files have been filled, and an improved background estimate has been applied.
