New ASCA XRT Effective Area dataset available (from Nagoya ray-tracing)

A new ASCA XRT calibration dataset is now available in the HEASARC Calibration
Database (eg via anonymous ftp from legacy.gsfc.nasa.gov). The dataset is
located in the file:

        /caldb/data/asca/xrt/bcf/xrt_ea_v1_1.fits

and contains the XRT Effective Area from version 1.2 of the Nagoya ray-tracings.The dataset superceeds all earlier XRT Effective Area datasets, and further
instructions on its use will by provided to PIs by the ASCA GOF at NASA/GSFC
in the near future.
