For those of you interested, the general information, minutes, 
recommendations etc of OFWG are now also available on the 
World-Wide Web via the URL:

As before, the same information is also available via the anonymous 
ftp account on legacy.gsfc.nasa.gov within the documents/fits directory 
tree.
