"The X-ray Universe 2014":
Early registration deadline and Science Programme on-line

The  XMM-Newton  Science  Operations  Centre  is  organising  a major
astrophysical symposium from Monday 16th to Thursday 19th June 2014 in
Dublin, Ireland.

The science programme  and the abstract booklet are  now available via
the conference web page:

Early registration is possible until Monday 28th April 2014 at

14th XMM-Newton SAS Workshop
============================

As announced  in XMM-Newsletter  #160, the 14th  SAS Workshop will be
held  at the  European Space  Astronomy  Centre of  ESA, near Madrid,
Spain, from the 2nd to the 6th of June 2014.

The number  of places is limited.  At the moment there  are still some
places  available  and  we   will  be  accepting  registrations on  a
first-come, first-served basis until all the places are filled.

Registered participants will receive a confirmation via email.

Interested persons are invited to send an email through the XMM-Newton
HelpDesk

specifying in the subject line

"Interest in participating in the 14th XMM-Newton SAS Workshop"

and providing the following information:

In need of transportation between the pre-booked accommodation in
Madrid and the workshop venue at ESAC? : YES/NO

Attendants should bring their own laptops with SAS installed.


No fee is required to attend the SAS Workshop.
