ASCA Weekly

Dear ASCA Users:

I am sending an ASCA observation schedule for the period of March 21-31.
We have allocated the last PV target, one of the eight exposure of the North
Ecliptic Pole. Each of the eight observations was requested to perform with a
pointing of specially designated roll angle and we failed the 5th observation
during the PV period. We perform a supplemental observation for the loss
since the same roll angle is attainable in this week.
Although LMC X-4 (Nagase/Vrtilek/Clark) was scheduled in this week on
the long-term timeline, we slip it to the end of April since we do not get
solution that satisfies all the constraints (i.e., orbital ephemeris,
epoch in the high/low cycle, moon angle constraint for STT-A and -B).
