OJ287 TOO

Dear ASCA users;

It is reported that OJ 287 has been undergoing a large optical outburst
and Niel Gehrels announced that the CGRO is maneuvered toward the 
blazar and observe the source from Nov. 9 to Nov. 15. According to these 
information, F. Makino and several Japanese scientists support and request 
an ASCA TOO observation of OJ 287. We have decided to relace the 
observation of the Japanese target A 3395 (PI; H. Honda, Cat.egory; 
Japan time, Priority; B) on November 18 by OJ 287 by keeping the start 
and end time of observaion as it was for A3395. The observation of the 
merging cluster A3395 is hold over to the AO-3 phase. Following is the 
revised schedule of the week.
