ASCA weekly

Dear ASCA users:

I am sending an ASCA observation schedule for the period of July 2-14.
I am intending to accelerate a bit  the release of weekly ASCA observation
schedules for July-August for the convenience of those who has a target
in the summer season.

We are allocating a most updated file of ASCA orbital elements in the
public domain of ASCA ODB. You can get the file by anonymous fpt to
	"ftp.astro.isas.ac.jp:/asca/frf/orbit/frf.orbit"
This file will be updated every week by appending the newest elements.
