ASCA weekly

Dear ASCA users,

Please find below the ASCA observation schedule for the period of
December 127, 1999 to January 9, 2000 over the transit of millennium.
The KSC (Kagishima Space Center) operation in 1999 is close on
December 29. On January 3 in new year, 2000, we perform a test of
commands/telemetry contact between satellites and the Y2K corresponded
ground-based equipments/software system. We will start observations
on January 4, but in case if we need one more day for Y2K check, the
observation of 3C293 (Pri-C, PI: A. Yamashita) will be cancelled and
observations will be started by NGC 4526 (Pri-B, PI: C. Jones).
