Find TESS Observability of Single Target

This will return a table for your target showing which TESS sectors it is observable in, and which camera, CCD, and pixels it will be on.

Find TESS Observability of Multiple Targets

This will return a table for each target showing which TESS sectors they are observable in, and which camera, CCD, and pixels they will be on.

This will return a table for all targets showing whether they are observable in Cycle 7.

Estimate TESS Magnitude of a Source

To compute the estimated TESS photometric error sigma based on the TIC paper section 3.3, enter the estimated TESS magnitude, if known:

This tool can be used as a guide, but it is not an absolute predictor of the location of a target on the TESS CCDs. We expect this tool to be accurate to within 1 pixel. See the documentation for TESS-point for further details. The TESS mission team may also make changes to the locations of future sectors. See the MIT pointing page for more information.
