What are the count rates listed on the standard strip plots?

(7/15/91)

There are four important count rates, of which three are plotted. The A1LL rate measures the rate of all events that exceed the main anode LLD (Lower Level Discriminator). This rate is not plotted. The Master Veto (MV) rate is the sum of all vetoed events. The accepted event rate (AXE) is the rate of events not vetoed. The transmitted X-ray event rate (AEXE) is the rate of events that are transmitted to the ground (the subset of AXE that includes all or most of the AXE unless the AXE rate becomes too large). The telemetry livetime comes from the ratio of AEXE to AXE rates.
