Accomodations.

There are several accomodations options available to students:
Dorms (single rooms with shared bathroom) at $12 a night (including tax but not breakfast) localed inside the NASA facility and hotels nearby.
For security reasons, foreign nationals are not allowed to register for the dorms so we have blocked a couple of rooms in 4 hotels nearby.
Please let us know if you plan to stay in the dorm as soon as possible as there are only a limited number of dorm rooms available.

Security clearance.

The school will take place inside a NASA facility and everyone will need a badge to access the classroom.
Please note that in the event of a war with Iraq, it is possible that foreign nationals will be denied access to the site. Please understand that we have no way of guaranteeing that this will not happen but that unless the war breaks out during the school, we will know beforehand if this will be the case or not. We are also looking at a back-up conference center nearby.
