**Name**

The designation of the burst. The naming scheme used is
GRByymmddfff, where yymmdd is the 2-digit year, month, and day of the burst
and fff the fraction of the day.

**Gcn_Name**

The designation of the burst in the Gamma-ray Coordinates Network
(GCN) distribution list.

**Time**

The date/time of the trigger.

**Trigger_MET**

The date/time of the trigger in Fermi Mission Elapsed Time (s).

**RA**

The detected Right Ascension of the burst in the specified equinox.

**Dec**

The detected Declination of the burst in the specified equinox.

**LII**

The Galactic Longitude of the burst.

**BII**

The Galactic Latitude of the burst.

**Error_Radius**

The localization error from LAT transient factory analysis

**LLE_Bbbd_Sig**

The significance of the signal in the LAT Low Energy (LLE)
data using the Bayesian Blocks Burst Detection algorithm (sigma).
