This database table is based on information culled from the (near) real-time
RXTE All-Sky Monitor light curve data products. These data products are
available for downloading at
https://heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov/FTP/xte/data/archive/ASMProducts/realtime_current/lightcurves/
The XTEASMQUICK database table was updated automatically, usually every three
hours or whenever new real-time ASM data products are delivered to the
HEASARC from the RXTE SOF. Since RXTE operations ceased in early 2012, it is
no longer updated.
The XTEASMQUICK table makes available quicklook results from the XTE All-Sky
Monitor for about 220 sources. The light curve (.lc) files give the total
measured intensity, and the color (.col) files give intensities in three
sub-energy bands (or "colors"). The light curve and color files are cumulative
for a period of one to two weeks. These data products are provided in FITS
format.
Source
The ASM source designation.
RA
The Right Ascension of the source.
Dec
The Declination of the source.
LII
The Galactic Longitude of the source.
BII
The Galactic Latitude of the source.
Start_Time
The start time of the dwell of the observation.
Dwell_Time
The duration of the dwell, in seconds.
SSC_Number
The number indicating which detector measured the flux values.
Flux
The counts per second measured by a single SSC detector during the dwell.
Error_In_Flux
The error range of the measured flux value.
Rdchi_Sq
The reduced Chi squared of the fit.
DoF
The degrees of freedom of the fit.
