Make Header Page

Description:

1. Produce a summary of the processing done for the observation. Two files are created. The processing information file is very brief. It contains information about the processing version, spacecraft pointing, the observer, and the time of the observation. The header page is more in-depth. It also contains lists of the files used in the processing, the configuration of the processing (i.e. parameter settings and calibration files used), and a list of all the error messages (including warnings) extracted from the job log.
