List Files to Go on Tape

Description:

1. List all of the files which will go on the guest observer tape. This is done in three ways. First there is a simple list of the file names. Second, there is an ASCII file with a numbered list of filename, file size in kilobytes, and a brief description of each file. Third, there is a FITS ASCII table version of the second file.

2. Check that each file conforms to the correct FITS format and record any problems in the job log.
