Get Orbit Files

Description:

1. Locate an appropriate orbit file. These files specify the orbital elements required to determine the position of the spacecraft at any moment. Orbit files contain one line for each week of the mission. Therefore, any file created after the observation date can be used. If an orbit file is not found, the script aborts.
