Make Quick-Look Plots

Description:

1. Make rough plots of the image (detector image for GIS), PHA spectrum, and light curve for each of the filtered and cleaned event files. The GIS plot also contains a plot of the PHA - rise-time diagram. An ASCII file of diagnostic information is produced for both instruments.
