Make GIF Format Image Files

Description:

1. Read FITS format image files generated above, smooth them, and output PPM format bit-map files.

2. Convert the PPM format files to GIF format and interlace them. Interlacing is a way of storing the image which makes it easier to extract lower resolution versions of the image.
