pointexp

pointexp calculates the sensitive area and livetime for the specified pointing for each line in the exposure history file in the time interval specified, and stores the information in the file pte.out.name . It can be invoked through pte [section 2], or (if the pte.nml.name file [section 4] exists) as
pointexp name
or
pointexp name > pte.tmp.name
The guts of the calculation are mostly the same as in intmap.
