ROSAT Status Report #24

AO3 results:

A summary list of the accepted AO3 targets is now available. This list is about 248 KB /470 blocks in size and can be obtained from the Goddard anonymous ftp account under the filename ao3.targets

To reach the account

ftp rosserv.gsfc.nasa.gov

at the ftp login prompt the username is anonymous and the password is your user identity (say your username at your home institution). The account is captive so you will see a limited range of directories. To find the ascii file ao3.targets

cd pub

and

get ao3.targets

Official notification of results by letter to the PI will follow in a few weeks.

Data Products Guide:

Goddard is now collecting comments for the next revision of the ROSAT data products guide. In using the guide, if you have found areas which you think require more detail and explanation than currently exists, please email your comments to LHEAVX::TURNER. Comments received before May 25th will be incorporated into the guide.
