Delay in data distribution

Due to the recent government furlough, distribution of ASCA observations 
made on Nov. 16 - Dec 13, 95 to US PIs will be delayed by several 
weeks. The tapes with the telemetry and attitude files were mailed 
by ISAS on Dec. 19 and Dec. 26, however the tapes became trapped at 
the GSFC mail room because of the government furlough.  The ASCA 
processing team did not receive the tapes until Jan 16, 1996. 
We will clear up the resulting backlog in ASCA data processing and 
distributions as quickly as possible.
