Linearize the Raw Telemetry

Description:

1. Locate the appropriate calibration file for each modally split telemetry file.

2. Turn the raw telemetered values into scientifically meaningful information. Raw coordinates are mapped onto the sky, and pulse independent (PI) values for the GIS are calculated. This routine uses the mean pointing RA and Dec calculated above. All GIS PH mode and SIS FAINT and BRIGHT mode files are processed.
