Determine Temperature-Dependant Gain Corrections for the GIS

Description:

1. The response of the GIS instruments is temperature sensitive. Temperature information found in the FRF telemetry files is read and combined with gain (as a function of temperature) calibration information to produce a time history of the GIS gain.

2. Check to make sure the gain history file is time ordered.
