CALET Data Analysis

This page contains links to documents and information on the CALET software necessary to analyze the CALET data. The CALET CGBM archival data may be analyzed with the HEASoft software package 6.32 (released August 23, 2023) or later, and the CALET calibration files distributed with CALDB.
CALET contains two major instruments, the CALorimeter (CCAL) and the Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (CGBM).

CALET archive contains also spectra and particle rates obtained with the CALorimeter (CCAL). Generic Ftools may be used to view and manipulate the files (es. fplot fdump and others).
