      * Bug-fix: fix case where unfiltered events were used to filter GTI.


  * SXS Applications: 

    - sxsanticolc:
      * New tool: extract SXS antico light curves and spectra using optional
        screening criteria.

    - sxsanticopi:
      * New parameter: acphaoffset - average value of random offset added to
        PHA values before applying the gain.

    - sxsflagpix:
      * New parameter: resetflags - set all STATUS bits to zero at the
        beginning of the task.
      * Bug-fix: correct the antico event counter written to the log file.
      * Bug-fix: antico flagging was not being performed when the resetflags
        parameter was set to 'yes'.
      * Bug-fix: fix an infinite loop if the last event is an antico event 

    - sxsgain:
      * New parameter: pxphaoffset - average value of random offset added to
        PHA values before applying the gain.

    - sxsperseus:
      * New tool: remove differential gain error and fiducial gain error from
        SXS event data.

    - sxspha2pi:
      * New parameter: pxphaoffset - average value of random offset added to
        PHA values before applying the gain.
      * New feature: support additional format for the scale factor CALDB file.

    - sxspixgti:
      * Behavior change: if there is no SXS GTI lost file, change output
        extension names from GTIPIXEL/GTIPIXELOFF/GTIPIXnn/GTIPIXnnOFF to 
        GTIPIXELL/GTIPIXELLOFF/GTIPIXLnn/GTIPIXLnnOFF where nn is pixel number.

    - sxssamcnt:
      * Behavior change: compute SampleCnt for lost GTI rows where the lap
        value has been reset.

    - sxsseccor:
      * New tool: correct PHA for mid-resolution, secondary (Ms) events.

    - libahmath:
      * Bug-fix: correct search routine for sawtooth functions which affected
        the ahtime task.

    - libhxisgdevtid:
      * Bug-fix: correct variable type causing problems reading SGD event files.
