Re-entry of the Suzaku Satellite

JAXA has announced that the Suzaku satellite has re-entered the Earth's atmosphere on 2025 January 5 at 14:41 UTC. Following the launch in 2005 July, Suzaku had been a very productive X-ray astronomy mission, until its operation was terminated in 2015; since then, its orbit continued to decay, finally resulting in the atmospheric re-entry.
