The Coolfont Lodge will be the location for the X-ray Astronomy School.

Each person that registers for the X-ray school will be charged:
single occupancy rate $149.72 per person, per night for a total of  $598.88
double occupancy rate $139.72 per person, per night for a total of $558.88

This includes:

  1. Lodging for the 4 nights
  2. All meals from dinner on Sunday through lunch on Thursday--Please contact Coolfont directly if you have special dietary requirements
  3. Free access to all facilities at Coolfont (lakes, swimming pool, tennis court, hiking trails, etc.)
NOTE:  This price does not include state and local tax. 

If anyone wishes to stay Thursday evening, the cost is $86.00 plus state and local tax and does not include meals.

Procedure for making accommodations:

  1. Register for X-ray school via e-mail
  2. You will receive a Coolfont reservation form from Ms. Sandy Barnes upon receipt of your registration.  Further instructions will be provided with the form.
If you do not follow the above procedure you will be charged full price for lodging and my not be eligible to attend the X-ray school.
