NOTE : The response matrices and arf released with version 20070709 have the filename changed to reflect the different substrate voltage in use. The filename has now added a suffix 's0' or 's6' to indicate the appropriate substrate voltage. The 's0' files are valid from the start of the mission till when the substrate voltage will be raised to 6. The files with 's6' are a copy of the 's0' files. Refined arf and rmf files for the 's6' voltage will be distributed as soon as ready. On Dec 2009 document renamed from SWIFT-XRT-CALDB-09b_v2 to SWIFT-XRT-CALDB-09_v9
