filter pha

Currently you can only enter a pha lower and upper bound.

Syntax:

xsel >  filter pha <phalcut> <phahcut>

Example:

To restrict the extract command to 100 $<$ PHA $<$ 1000, say

xsel >  filter pha 100 1000
