Bin up auxillary filter files

Bins a curve of selected parameters from an Mkfilter output file.

xsel >  mkfbin <param> <dtime> [mkf_name]

If no value of mkf_name is given, then Xselect will look for the mkf file using the standard regular expression for the mission in use.

xsel >  mkfbin "RBM_MON GASX" 120.0

This bins the relevant parameters in 120-sec bins.
