Default Colors
For use with /COLOR=n qualifiers:
Note that the default color of 0 and 1, the background and
foreground colors, vary depending on the PGPLOT device.
In general, devices meant for printing, such as /PS, default to 0
as white and 1 as black, while devices meant for display, such as
/XWINDOW and /GIF devices have 0 defined as black and 1 defined as
white.
