fv: Window Manager

This is a simple desktop manager for fv with which you can easily bring to the top the desired fv window. With one click of the mouse button, you can get access to the file dialog, previously displayed FITS file summary, table or image display windows. The Quit button will let you exit fv. This window is not available in the Macintosh version (features always available from menubar) and in fv2.6, it can be turned off in the Unix and Windows versions.
