• Fixed setGrouping to make sure that any information about bad quality channels in the spectrum is combined with any setting of channels as bad quality in the grouping process.
• Fixed coding error in getMinSNOptimalGrouping which could cause overrunning the end of a vector.
• Fixed read method so that it uses the extension suffix on an input filename. Also added the option to pass an extension version number into the write method.
