• Fixed remapEnergies so that it divides by the total weighting if operating on a REDIST matrix. This makes it consistent with rebinEnergies.
• Corrected use of J or I when writing depending on the number of channels.
• Added append method to explicitly write rmf to an existing file with an option to write only the MATRIX or only the EBOUNDS.
