fv: New Features

The latest version of fv is version 4.1.3 released on July 26, 2004. This is a minor release to fix some of the reported bugs from version 4.1.2 which was released on May 20th, 2004:

• Add licence.
• Fix interface to VizieR.

• Add A4 paper size.
• Rework print interfac.
• Fix preview orientation.
• Fix preview page layout.
• Add XPA entry points to print/save image on POW.
• Update profile help files
