Clean GIS data using RTI-PHA window

This task uses the RTI-PHA window contained in the calibration files rti_gis_nnnnn.fits, from the CALDB (or ftools refdata area) to reject background events. Some ASCA data has the parameter RISEBINS=0. This data has no RISE TIME information, and you cannot run GISCLEAN on it. Xselect will warn you that you have this kind of data.

Also note that MPC mode data has no rise time information. So GISCLEAN is not appropriate for it either.
