TESS Mission Statement: The TESS Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) working group advocates for a collaborative and collegial environment where IDEA principles are key components of the TESS mission. We strive to attract, retain, and support a diverse TESS community, foster an environment that promotes excellence, and enrich the individual and collective learning and work experiences across the mission.
