ROSAT CD Volume 1 ROSAT CD Volume 2

There are two volumes of public ROSAT images available on CD-ROM. Copies of the these CDs can be obtained by sending e-mail to Karen Smale (ksmale@lheavx.gsfc.nasa.gov). The contents of both CD-ROMs are also available on the WWW ( /docs/rosat/cdroms/rosatcdroms.html). The CDs contain FITS and GIF images and exposure maps of PSPC and HRI data released into the public archive between 1 January and 30 June 1993 (volume 1), and between 1 July and 31 December 1993 (volume 2).

A new CD-ROM will be released at the AAS meeting in Tucson in January. It will contain ROSAT data released to the public archive between 1 January and 31 May 1994. If you have requested a ROSAT CD-ROM in the past, you are automatically on the mailing list to receive volume 3.
