As announced in a previous issue of this Newsletter, the XMM-Newton
Science Operations Centre is organising a major astrophysical symposium
from Tuesday 6th to Friday 9th June 2017 in Rome, Italy, see
http://xrayuniverse.esa.int
We take the opportunity to remind of the deadlines for abstract
submission and early registration:
Abstract Submission deadline .......... Wednesday 22nd March 2017
Early Registration deadline .......... Thursday 27th April 2017
Abstracts for oral and poster presentations can be submitted via the
above web page.
Letter of Intent for Multi-Year Heritage Programmes
Deadline: Friday March 31st

Following a recommendation of the XMM-Newton Users' Group, a "Multi-Year
Heritage Programme" will be established in the next call for proposals
(AO-17), see issue #193 of this Newsletter for details.
Interested scientists are encouraged to send an email with a letter of
intent to the XMM-Newton Project Scientist (Norbert.Schartel_at_esa.int)
by 31st March 2017.
