filter column

This filter enables events to be extracted based on other attributes present as columns in the event file. At present a series of ranges can be given with the lower and upper limits separated by a column. For instance, suppose an event file has a column PIXEL then a column filter "PIXEL=1:2 6:7" will give events with PIXEL values of 1,2,6 or 7. More than one column can be given eg "PIXEL=1:2 FLAGS=0:0". If the filter is given on the command line then it should be enclosed in double quotes.
