plot MKF

Plots the MKF parameters. These parameters must first be binned with the mkfbin command. You can plot any or all of these parameters. By specifying the hidden parameter curves_per_plot, you can change the number of curves shown on each plot. 8 is the maximum, but is pretty hard to read. 5 is quite legible.
