HEASoft 6.3.2 is a patch release primarily for the Swift (version 2.7.2)
software, but also includes an update to the XTE task 'pcabackest'.

XRT:

    xrtmkarf - Bug fixed when reading 'XRTVSUB' keyword.
   xrtpccorr - Changed handling of mkffile not including infile range time.
   xrtpcbias - Clean 'XPHASCO' keyword when restore PHAS column.
             - Delete 'BIASDIFF' extension from previous run.
 xrtpipeline - Added check of 'XPHASCO' keyword after bias correction for
               PC mode.

swiftversion - Identifies patched release as Swift Build 21.2
