The HEASoft 6.35.1 patch release consists solely of an update to
the 'extractor' task, as noted below.

- extractor: Correction for the errors on the Q and U Stokes
  parameter spectra and light curves.  This correction applies
  only when the extractor parameter "stoke" is set to "simple"
  or "unweighted" and has no effect if the parameter "stoke"
  is set to "neff".
