rsgauss: gaussian line profile with resonance scattering

A gaussian line profile with resonance scattering based on the optical depth in the center of the line and the correction according to Chakraborty et al. (2023). This model is mainly for test purposes.

The parameters are:

par1 LineE: line energy in keV
par2 Sigma: line width (sigma) in keV
par3 Tau0: the optical depth at the line peak
Norm Total photons/cm$^2$/s in the line before scattering correction

The line is calculated out to six sigma. Note also that the normalization is defined as the integral over energies greater than zero since negative energies are unphysical.
